Dear Customer,

Today, a critical security vulnerability was published for PHP, the programming language the Purple Hub is based on. To protect your data, we temporarily restricted access to the editorial area to known IP addresses. As a result, some editorial teams, especially those working from home, were unable to log in for a while.

We have now deployed a fixed PHP version and lifted the IP restriction. The Hub is accessible from anywhere again, as usual. Your published content and apps were not affected at any time.

If you still have trouble logging in, please contact us via our ticket system and we will take care of it right away.
